TCS has developed mentoring platforms for US2020 and Million Women Mentors. As a result, these initiatives are connecting over 2,300,000 industry professionals and 250 youth serving organizations to students in need.

TCS provides pro-bono consulting and IT services to community based organizations. In total, these projects have delivered over $20M in social good.
Our Partners
Million Women Mentors is a STEMConnector Initiative that pairs more than 1M+ young women with mentors from industry leaders such as TCS, PepsiCo, and Cisco. TCS provides pro bono services to build MWM’s platform and has pledged over 55,000 mentors.
